A: Yes. All of your prescriptions are reviewed and filled by government licensed pharmacists.

Q: Can I save more money with generic drugs?
A: Yes. Generic medications are of the exact same quality and potency as brand name drugs, but usually cost less.

Q: What kind of shipping charges can I expect?
A: There is no additional cost for shipping your medications.

Q: How can I pay for my order?

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: In general, you'll receive your medications in about 2 weeks, depending on which country from which your order is being shipped. To be certain you don't run out of medications, be sure to reorder at least one month before you'll need a new supply.

Q: What about refills?
A: Our free refill reminder service will call you 30 days before your refill is due so that you can authorize your refill order.

Q: Are there any duties, taxes or other fees?
A: No. The price quoted for your prescription drugs includes all taxes and duties.

Q: Can I order drugs like Valium or Tylenol #3?
A: Some narcotic and controlled substances are available from our US pharmacy only, and require a prescription.

Q: How different are the overseas products likely to appear?
A: Packaging will vary from country to country, and the language that appears may not always be in English.

Generally speaking, as many products all originate from one or a few manufacturing centers that distribute worldwide, there should not be significant differences. Sometimes manufaturers package and market their medications differently for sale in different countries. In other cases, the form and appearance of the medication may vary from country to country. For example, Zoloft is a tablet in the U.S. but a capsule in Canada. If you are unsure, call our customer care line toll free to arrange counseling from a pharmacist.

Q: How much can I order?
A: Some countries permit you to purchase up to a 3-month supply of each of your medications for which you have a valid prescription. Other countries do not have this limitation. If you wish to order more than a 3-month supply, please call to ensure that your order can be made.
